Shipping policy
1. Order processing time:
Orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after payment is received.
2. Shipping costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Customers will be informed of shipping costs before finalizing their purchase. Shipping costs are free for all orders over 40€.
3. Tracking number:
A tracking number will be provided to each customer as soon as their order is shipped so that they can follow the delivery status.
