Refund policy
1. Right of return:
We accept returns of products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
2. Return process:
To make a return, the customer must contact our customer service by email (contact@cybermagshop.com) to obtain a return authorization. The customer must provide the order number, the description of the product to be returned, as well as the reason for the return. Once return authorization has been granted, the customer will receive instructions on how to proceed.
3. Return costs:
Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part in shipping the product.
4. Inspection of returned product:
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will perform an inspection to verify that it complies with our return policy. If the product is approved, we will process the refund in accordance with our refund terms below. If the product does not meet the return criteria, we will inform the customer and explain the reasons for the refusal.
5. Refund:
The refund will be made using the payment method used for the initial purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of our error.
6. Damaged or Defective Products:
If the product received is damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the order. We will then bear the return costs and proceed with a full refund or exchange of the product, according to the customer's preference.
8. Cancellation of order:
If the customer wishes to cancel his order before it has been dispatched, he must contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full amount paid.
